All residents in Canada who have taken and/or purchased the drug rosiglitazone (sold under the brand name Avandia, Avandamet, and Avandaryl) since March 21st 2000 and their successors, assigns, family members, and dependants are encouraged to sign up for this class action in order to receive compensation.
